Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Ocean media-player box and the Ocean app (the "Products"). By purchasing or using the Products, you agree to these Terms.

The Products

Ocean sells a media-player device and provides a companion app. The Products are provider-agnostic: you supply your own IPTV provider, media server, or content. Ocean does not host, provide, or control any TV channels, streams, or media, and is not responsible for the content you choose to connect.

Your content and third-party services

You are responsible for the services and content you connect to the Products, and for ensuring your use complies with the terms of those providers and with applicable law. Ocean is not responsible for the availability, legality, or quality of any third-party content or service.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Products to infringe any third party's rights or in violation of applicable law. Do not tamper with, reverse engineer, or circumvent device security.

Warranty & liability

The hardware carries a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Products are provided "as is," and Ocean's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes are posted here with a new date.
